Terms of Service

A network connecting creators with brands who pay for verified views. Creators join free and are paid for sponsored posts. Brands buy campaigns with a guaranteed number of views.

A view is the figure Instagram's own insights report for a post, measured 14 days after publication. The window is identical for every creator and every campaign. Once it closes, the figure is frozen — it is never re-read, revised or negotiated, by us or by anyone. Payments and guarantees are both computed from the frozen figure, so the number a creator is paid on and the number a brand is charged against are the same number.

• Joining is free. There is no fee, ever, to be on INFLOK.
• You are an independent creator, not our employee. You make your own content in your own voice; briefs give structure (what to mention, what to avoid), never a script.
• Campaign work pays the agreed rate: a fixed floor plus an amount per verified view, calculated from the frozen 14-day figure. Payouts run monthly on the 21st; higher-tier creators are paid faster.
• Sponsored posts must be marked as paid partnerships. That is the law and the platform's rule, and briefs say so every time.
• Anything you sell of your own through INFLOK is 100% yours — we take nothing. This is enforced in our systems, not just promised here.
• Artificially inflated engagement — bought views, engagement pods, automation — settles at zero and ends the relationship. Payouts flagged by our checks are held for review before payment.
• You can disconnect Instagram or leave at any time at inflok.com/privacy. Work already delivered is still measured and still paid.

• A campaign buys a guaranteed number of verified views, delivered by creators making their own content. You approve the brief structure, not the creator's wording.
• If the frozen figures total less than the guarantee, the difference is refunded pro-rata — automatically, without you asking. By agreement, a make-good campaign of equivalent value may replace the refund; never both.
• Prices exclude GST. A tax invoice is issued for every paid campaign.
• Usage rights beyond the creator's own post (paid ads, perpetual use, exclusivity) exist only as the add-ons purchased with the campaign, and creators are told which apply before they accept.
• Creator identities are shown after booking, not before. During a live campaign, reporting is anonymised by area, niche and tier.

INFLOK uses Instagram's API with each creator's explicit permission, read-only. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta. Creators must comply with Instagram's own terms; if Instagram restricts an account, we cannot lift it.

Our total liability to a brand is capped at the amount paid for the campaign concerned; to a creator, at the amount owed for the work concerned. We are not liable for Instagram's availability, for a post's organic performance, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go first to work@inflok.com — we respond within a week — and failing that, to the courts of Kochi, Kerala.

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. A change that materially affects payment or measurement is announced before it applies, and never applies to campaigns already running.
